Fees may be transferred electronically. Alternatively, payment will be accepted at the RERA offices.
Fees for Brokers
The fee is BD 100 for holders of existing real estate broker licenses as issues by the Ministry of Justice. For new real estate brokers, a license fee of BD 300 will apply. Renewal fees are BD 100. (March 2018)
Fees for Sales Agents
No fees are required for the issuance of a real estate sales agent card. (March 2018).
