How long it takes to decide on an application?

If you are applying for a Developer license, RERA will respond within 5 days of receiving a complete application. RERA may extend this under exceptional circumstances.

If you are applying for a Development Licence (including a Replacement Licence or a Transitional Development Licence) RERA will make a decision within 40 days of receiving the COMPLETE application.

Any applications which are not complete will not be considered.

Applications for all types of advertising licenses will be decided on by RERA within 5 days of receiving a complete application.
