If you are a real estate broker you need to maintain a register where details of brokerage transactions are recorded. Such details must be submitted to RERA on an annual basis. (According to Article 19 of Resolution 1 of 2018).
How to report your transactions
An excel template has been prepared to assist you in the process. Download this template from this page.
Fill in the excel table with all the transactions (including those of your Sales Agents) for the last calendar year. (2018)
Upload them to our database using this Form (a new window will open). Make sure you select your License No when you submit it.
RERA will review your files and in case something is missing or is not correct, will notify you to correct it.
Submit your file in time
Please note that it is mandatory to submit your transactions for 2018 by 28 Feb 2019. Fail to do so will lead to rejection of your renewal application.
