This violation was detected in the CR as a result of the presence of real estate brokerage or property management or valuation activity in your CR company, take the following procedures should be taken to remove the violation following steps:
1-The request must be sent via e-mail Licensing@rera.gov.bh
2-The email subject should be requested to remove the violation from CR.
(With specifying the activity mentioned in the CR)
3-Send all the company information.
4-Send a request for temporary remove, either by deleting the activity from the CR or applying for the necessary licenses.
5-If you would like to apply for a real estate brokerage license, the application must be submitted via the link www.Bahrain.com , and if you would apply for a property management or valuation license the application must be submitted via e-mail Support@rera.gov.bh
6-If the e-mail contains all the information, the violation will temporarily remove from the date of sending the request, or you will be contacted to obtain the missing information to complete the procedures.
7-Once the license is issued kindly provide us with the license by this email to fully remove the violation from the CR or provide the CR if you deleted the activity.
If this violation was detected in your Commercial Registration due to noncompliance with the requirements of Resolution No. (2) of 2021 regarding procedures for prohibiting and combating money laundering, terrorist financing and illegal transfer of funds across borders in the activities of those licensed to practice real estate sector activities, and the rules for freezing funds, lifting the freeze, and prohibiting dealing with persons or entities included in the lists of terrorism.
