Violation removal steps & procedure

To rectify the status of your CR:

1. Submit a request to remove the violation temporarily by filling out the electronic form and submitting the necessary pledge.
2. Upon approval of your request, you will be granted 20 days from the date you submitted it to rectify the reasons for the violation, and you must start the procedures before the end of the given period.
3. After obtaining proof of rectifying the reason for the violation, you can submit another request via the same link to permanently removal the violation from your CR.

The actions you might have to complete to rectify the violation reasons are:

• Completing the renewal of the RERA license.
• Or completing the issuance of a new RERA license.
• Or completing the cancellation of the RERA license and deleting the unlicensed commercial activity.
• Or complete the deletion of the unlicensed commercial activity.

If you correctly submit all the relevant information, the RERA Team will remove the violation within 3 working days.
