How can I apply for a Real Estate Broker license? (Corporate)

Fill in the application form and collect the supporting documents.

Required documents:

1. Copy of ID Card (CPR).

2. Photo – passport size of good quality JPEG standard (of authorized representative).

3. Clearance Certificate issued by Ministry of Interior (valid and issued within 3 months) OR

   The original or copy of the original brokerage card, if the broker has been licensed previously by the Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs.

4. Copy of Commercial Registration Certificate contains Activity Number 682-2 (Brokerage in Real Estate)

5. Copy of professional indemnity insurance certificate. 

6. Corporate document with names of directors, shareholders and the authorized Representative. TEMPLATE P3A.

7. Copy of academic Qualification Certificates of authorized representative.

8. Copy of the CPR for the Owners or Directors.

9. CPR Card Reader Printout for the Owners or Directors.

10. Receipt of Payment (at the time you’ll collect your License)
