Fill in the application form and collect the supporting documents.
Required documents:

Copy of ID Card or Passport.

Photo – passport size or good-quality JPEG.

Clearance Certificate issued by Ministry of Interior (valid and issued within 3 months).

Declaration from a licensed broker that you are an employee or agent of the company. See TEMPLATE P1A.

Labor Contract between the broker and sales agent (this applies to all sales agent applicants).

CPR smart card reader printout.

Valid Residency Permit
-
Copy of the Brokers license
NOTE: No fees are required for the issuance of a real estate sales agent card (as of March 2018)
