When is the latest date for me to apply for a license?

There is a period of adjustment to meet the new regulatory requirements. RERA has set a six-month transition period (from 1 March 2018 to 30 August 2018) during which time brokers, developers and sales agents must apply for licenses and be fully compliant and licensed by September 1 2018.  After that date, the law will be enforced, and penalties for non-compliance will be applied.
