This depends upon the commercial registration that the broker holds. The only difference between the two is that an individual broker holds a commercial registration with a registration type being an individual establishment. A corporate broker, on the other hand, is a broker that holds a commercial registration with registration type being a W.L.L., S.P.C., B.S.C., B.S.C Closed, Joint Liability Company, L.L.C., Limited Partnership, or a Limited by Shares Company.
